The goal of this Plan is to:

• Establish a vision consistent with the aspirations, needs, and goals of Glencoe residents.
• Position Glencoe to capitalize on trends that are changing the way we live, work, entertain and do business.
• Establish and communicate a cohesive community image.
• Engage the community in crafting creative policies that address the Village’s future.
